How to Write A Biography
background music produced by Jt
Create a rough draft of the following:
Name & age
Abilities
Experiences &
Objectives.
In the first paragraph, introduce yourself with your full name and age.

In the second paragraph,
list your abilities/talents and how you came to acquire each.  If you only have one, that's okay.  Just make yourself "shine" with a lot of adjectives.

In the third paragraph,
list your experiences and how you gained each experience.
For example:  if you got an A+ on a poem, let the person reading your biography know why the teacher decided you deserved such an excellent score.  If you sang at a nightclub and got a standing ovation, let the person reading your biography know what song you sung, why you chose the song, how the audience gave you a standing ovation, how many people commended you on singing the song so well and any positive comments that were made about your performance.

In your fourth and final paragraph,
list your objectives.  Let the person reading your biography know your short term (as a beginner) and long term (as you've gained more experience) goals.  For example:  you may want to write for yourself short term and write for others long term.  You may want to sing background short term, then sing lead or solo long term. You may want to collaborate with someone short term, then own your own record company long term.

Once your rough draft is complete,
write your biography.  Then type it (do a spellcheck), print it, and make copies for future use.  Edit your biography as your experiences and objectives change over time.
